This past Sunday chaos rained down on Backwater Bridge when North Dakota law enforcement fired tear gas, rubber bullets and unleashed a water cannon against water protectors from Oceti Sakowin Camp‎, which has set right next the border of the Standing Rock Sioux Tribe reservation.
Nation to Nation host Jorge Barrera returned to bridge Thursday and interviewed a water protector and medic from Attawapiskat and Standing Rock Sioux Tribe Chairman Dave Archambault, about the impact the camp is having on his community which will be left to pick up the pieces and mend relationships when this all ends.
