Thanks for the review! I wanted to try this but it's a pass. My Revair gets my hair straighter than this. I may have to try the Dyson although $500 is making me take a lot of deep breaths 😳😂.
It’s definitely a pass! I have the Revair as well but it blows a fuse whenever I use it (like this one 😳) They have a new and improved version, I’d be interested to see a comparison between that and the Dyson
I saw a short on the Dysonair strait and looked it up on Amazon. And clutched my invisible pearls because I was H nah 500 dollars. So , I was so glad to see this video. I am gonna stick with my Revlon paddle brush,
LOL for $500 it needs to do my hair on its own! I completely understand lol. That’s how I feel as well, the paddle brush works too well to consider a tool that’s twice as much. Thanks so much for watching 🙏🏽❤️
@@krissysprayers2537 between my Revlon dryers, the paddle brush pulls the least amount of hair. Of all my hair dryers, the Revair doesn’t pull out any hair at all
Thank you so much for the review! I was just looking for the Revlon Air Straight on type 4 hair review. The price is good, but my only concern is that the Revlon Air Straight’s teeth are snagging hard on hair. They look like they would eventually destroy the ends. I think I would go with RevAir since I want to use it to safely straighten my hair on regularly basis.
You’re so welcome! I have a couple of videos about the Revair if you wanna see how that works! The Revlon is definitely snagging my ends but my ends were so HORRIBLE that I really can’t let the tool take all of the blame. I agree that the Revair is better for more frequent use though.
What I like about the Dyson so far is that it does straighten (like pin straight) with absolutely no hot plates even when the hair is dry. So far, I’m fascinated by it. The only thing I don’t like is that it makes it so straight that you cannot flip the ends at all unless you rewet them and maybe use a round brush and the airstrait as a hairdryer. So if you like it pin straight even at the end, then it’s perfect but… it really makes the hair look like it needs a trim even when freshly cut. That’s how straight it gets. Lol
Oh wow 😳 it got your hair STRAIGHT straight!!!! I haven’t seen a tool that gets hair pin straight in a very long time. Hate that it can’t hold the curl though 😩
My lazy self, i feel like i would just use this to blow dry on high heat because i use a brush and then the concentrator nozzle on the blow dryer and both arms just be so fatigued 🥵 i feel like this might just take some of the tiredness out of
What do y'all think of this viral hair tool dupe?! Is this worth it for us #type4hair girls? 🧐
Is the air flow cold air of hot air?
@@mirandarose468 it has both! The settings are: cold, low, medium, and high heat!
Wow I had no idea Revlon came out with an Air straight tool too. Great Review!!!
Yes I feel like I haven’t seen it talked about too much. Thank you so much for watching!
Small clarification on the brush: the air actually only comes out of the top of the brush. I LOVE that one step paddle brush to death.

I saw this in Ulta today and didn't get it before I saw the reviews first. I'm glad I saw your view ❤
Watching this review after buying. I really should’ve known better 😭

Great video!!!
Great review
Thanks so much for the review! The teeth scare me, so I won’t be getting it, but I’m so glad to see this demo on your type 4 hair.
glad I watched your review. I'll be returning mine
I think we need finer teeth on these types of dryers/straighteners

Gracias ☺️
Nope. Not working for. I truly have 4C natural hair. It wouldn’t straighten my hair. Not worth me paying $500 for. Thanks for the review.
Was it really that much? It’s only $79.99 @ Target right now.
