Yes guest for us Indians is equal to God..hence the saying "Atithi Devo Bhava" aka Guest is God..hence food cooked for the guest is equal to giving to god..
In india, guest is considered as god, so we treat him in same way.
For some reason we don't see fellow indians as god. Like if somebody from another state comes we don't do this. We just do it to foreigners, mainly caucasian people. It'd pity though.

Tania seems to have cold..she can have milk with little sugar and pinch of turmeric boiled and had warmed (helps immunity up).. also in Starbucks usa they sell it as Turmeric latte (our grandmoms/moms in India have been given us kids and adults this to build up our immunity since ages)..
we use ghee to cook various dishes and eat with many foods but we don't usually use ghee to cook masala maggie..but its fine you can try new things..

Paneer is very easy to make at home . Step one boil milk , step two once milk is at boil add any acidic thing ( lemon or lime juice or vinegar just a lil bit ) step 3 once cheese curd get separated from the water ( left over of the milk ) you drain that cheese in a cheese cloth . Let it hang until all of the liquid is drained and voila easy peasy paneer

In India, farmers sell all FRESH vegetables and fruits they are not freezed or kept in packed in plastic bag to maintain its freshness🥒

@10:31 - In HIndu religion, when we welcome God or show extreme respect (guests are treated as God in India) we put red vermilion paste or sandalwood paste and rice grains on forehead of guests. The next steps are showering rose petals and offering garland with sweets to eat before entering the home. In some parts of India hosts clean their guests feet too with water. It's the supreme way of welcoming Guests or Gods inside home.....Note: Whn whosoever offer Tilak on your forehead, please cover your head with either some cloth (handkerchief) or with your right hand if no cloth is available. This means you too honour the welcome of Hosts. Also, always put right foot inside the hosts home, temple, holy places or in general inside any building as we belive this brings prosperity, peace, wealth and happiness inside the place.

Ghee is best just roast anything man. Its different states thing i guess. In my state haryana we put ghee in everything. 😂😂 most of us do a lot of physical stuff too. Ghee could be heavy for people.
