Giraffe Tools Retractable Garden Hose Reel - Unboxing, installation, and troubleshooting

Our existing yard hose is leaking and has been repaired numerous times, so I unbox and install a Giraffe Tools Retractable Garden Hose Reel 5/8 inch.
Unboxing, installing a 6x6" pressure treated post, mounting the hose reel, connecting all the fittings, discovering a problem with the winding mechanism, fixing it and then testing. Might have sprayed my wife while testing as well.
