I wanted us to discuss together the songs that will compete in the first semi-final of the Eurovision Song Contest, which will be held in the city of Malmö, Sweden, and I have ranked the 10 countries that I think will qualify for the final. 🏆

Moldova don't stand a chance of qualifying I don't think

Moldova will make up for the lack of ethnic songs in this semi-final. So I think it has a chance to reach the final but I would say borderline.

@@buraksfield I actually don't mind it tbf so if It qualifies I'd be happy with that, but I doubt it will, it's bottom on the eurovision scorecoard app and betting figures so not holding out much hope, and vocally she's not great.

@@guillemoreno7934 Maybe I didn't explain myself correctly. In my musical style, Moldova is the only one in this semi-final that reflects the ethnic Eurovision songs of 2000 and 2010. That's why I think they can reach the final.

Ireland will be the dark horse of this competiton :) First of all, In the first semi final, they will get the votes from the UK and Australia. I also expect Iceland and Finland's votes as they love this kind of genre and storytelling. Also, Bambie's recent live performance was quite impressive compare to the other live performances at the pre-party.

Instead of Cyprus, Azerbaijan and Portugal, l would have Luxembourg, Australia and Finland

I find Ireland very original and creative, but I think it is unlikely to make it to the final due to the fact that there is another entry of a similar type in the same semi-final and because of Ireland's low televote votes.
