Having a similar issue. I warm up my peeks and I feel fine but the more I play the less good left hand peeks I make and I end up trading a lot being impatient and overconfident in my aim

Also you might just play a little too long , I suffered from the same thing and I was frustrated but I just took a step back from the game and started playing for optimized time rather than pure hours in the game
, if you want to get better you shouldn't play if you are dehydrated hungry or tired hand and wrist fatigue happens alot.
