I show you the new apartment, which is is a bit cheaper and smaller. It is a bit newer and has more amenities like air conditioning. In this video you can get an idea of what apartments look like and what you can get for 600 Euros or less per month. Let me show you what cheap living in Spain looks like. Vlog 141

    • @TravelAddictGuy

      If you are renting short term, than yes they come furnished. Some long term rental apartments are not. Usually the listing will read "Totalmente Equipado" which means fully equipped. The word for furniture is (muebles) , it may say con (with) or sin (without). But yes, any short term rental of less than a year would normally be fully furnished.

    What a great video traveladdictguy. Excellent information. The apartments are quite nice. The smaller apartment is very modern and a plus with the air conditioning. The blinds are very cool. Since the two bedroom was older did the landlord keep up with the repairs on an older apartment. How many steps did you have to go up and down every day compared to the more modern apartment? Just curious.

    • @TravelAddictGuy
      @TravelAddictGuy  4 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Those are great questions. The old apartment had a few issues here and there. The washer was old, the mattress on the bed was not so great, sometimes the the breaker on the electric box would flip. The landlord did come to make repairs, but usually in the cheapest manner possible. It was on the 3rd floor with no elevator, many of these old building don't have elevators. That might be a problem for some people. My new apartment is on the 2 floor and like you said, a bit more modern. Hope you are doing well.

      3. Is it possible to make a rental deal with the owner even if the apartment is in the brokers’ list ?

All the same ppl rent it every year. I've seen places for as low as 300. You'd need to find an owner or a Spanish Inmobilaria.
