I have one friend who has been helping me through my hurt, my bitterness and everything I have gone through this year from the major damage that my family, my husband, my 2 boys and I had done to us a year ago. I have to stop, I have to completely move on. I have to change things so my family will heal.
Focus on who you are in Christ and how you are made to be filled by His spirit, not by your family. You, filled by His Spirit, will be able to see past the pain and judgement. He will renew you. The rest will heal or move on but you will become whole. A whole you is an eternal you. No bitterness or anger or resentment can reside where He is prioritized.

I've hold on to things for a long time. I've messed things up because of my hurt, bitterness, and me holding onto the past. I should've done better. I somewhat knew better. It's tough because I'm very hard on myself for the mistakes I've made recently; but... I know that even though I've made mistakes, if I hold onto those, I'm going to be right back where I was a year ago, and then I'm going to prolong my life with holding on to these recent mistakes. The day that you realize the high-school bullies were spiritually mega insecure to the extent that they have to bully someone to feel better about themselves, then you should actually feel sorry for them, and a lot better about yourself. The sad truth is that most bullies and abusers have themselves been abused. May The Lord help you to forgive and forget. As Jesus said “Forgive them Father for they know not what they do” Sad part is that spiritually blind people have no clue how their actions hurt others. It is only when we are spiritually reborn that we understand.

Yes you can heal ....I was so hurt by an ex who was my first he hit on my sister it traumatised me for a long time .I hated him and he sowed a seed of distrust among siblings ...but i forgive him .Now he is on the sex offenders register for molesting teenagers .I regret not having reported him for rape at 18 . He caused a lot of grief to too many women .

Yes you can heal ....I was so hurt by an ex who was my first he hit on my sister it traumatised me for a long time .I hated him and he sowed a seed of distrust among siblings ...but i forgive him .Now he is on the sex offenders register for molesting teenagers .I regret not having reported him for rape at 18 . He caused a lot of grief to too many women .

I know I will get over it, through it, pass it. But I have learned to take it and deal with it now and not later. I'm just hoping and love some support and someone who will remind me or tell me. I have been through worst. I have been through the strom and got through it. Over it. Pass it. Overall it was not to me. It was for me. For me to be smarter and stronger. Teach, show me, help me help others so they won't feel alone like me when I went through it.
