This is the best recording of the show I have seen yet! And I've watched quite a few! There are some pretty good, pro-quality videos, but never before have I seen such detail -- like the eyes seen on the wall, or the closeup of two holes in the wall to reveal the two guitarists of "Is There Anybody Out There"
Hi Eric!, i had the fortune to meet Roger Waters 2 times, 2010 and the last 2012, also i met Robbie Wyckoff, Harry Waters and Mark Lennon, Roger and the other singned a couple of albums, i am a huge Pink Floyd fan since 30 years ago!...and i am a prod member of Y! Community, i just have to watch this NEW Upgrade and let me tell you somthing my friend...Your work is AWESOME!, incredible and beautiful, congratulations Eric, you deserve all our respects! thanks for your work!!!
I still have a lot of good footage shot from directly across from the stage about 30 rows up. I believe I already contacted you a few years ago but the deadline for submitting had already ended. I worked in the film bis for 30 years and the footage looks pretty good to me. I will never do anything with it so am happy to send it along for your vault if desired.
The technology involved in this show is so far ahead, it's unfair to compare it to the 1980-81 Pink Floyd concerts. They couldn't possibly have been this good. Between Kilminster and Wyckoff, I actually don't miss David Gilmour. They're faithful to the parts he created, and that's tribute enough. BTW, I love that Eisenhower quote during "Bring the Boys Back Home". No way in hell would you catch a Republican saying something like that nowadays!
"Run Like Hell" - I always love the shit Roger yells about having a jolly good clap, because I've read where he's said he hates (or used to hate) audience participation: "It makes my flesh creep." But when he said "LEAVE THAT PIG ALONE" -- now THAT was truly inspired! Made me LAUGH Like Hell! Especially since on his Dark Side of the Moon show in Houston, I actually managed to touch the pig. (I know it's stupid and obsessive, but I'm proud of it!)
Ohhhh, I was at this show! Amazing.
Your footage is great 😊

Go to the link in the 4th line of the video description under the viewer, it's Vimeo, fully uncut, less compressed, and downloadable
That definitely ain't an older Roger on Waiting For The Worms. Maybe it's a backing track from 1980.
Note: mentioned vimeo link is closed meanwhile
Reason: Gilmour
