Great content. You make this scar tissue work/mobilization approachable, easy to understand and...I’m inspired to get a red gel mani !
I’m only 2 weeks PP, so I guess I’ll have to be patient and wait to start these massage techniques. I hope they help because I can feel a section of tension along my incision. That tugging sensation is bothering me, but thankfully there’s not much pain at all.
I had my s-section 8 years ago and I still feel tugging on my scar. I wish I had seen this before.
It can still help even this long after
Love this! Started doing it last week and it’s helping already. I’m 7 weeks PP and just gently massage my scar each night until I can heal a bit longer.
Which oil do you use? Or you dont use anything?
@@SuperJesmina bio oil
Thank you.. Il start doing this im on my 8 weeks after delivery
thank you
Thankyou
How long can it be I never did scar tissue massage many many years ago
Hi! Can I use this massage for incision from
Laparotomy / miomectomy ? Thanks
I just had a laparotomy a little under 6 weeks ago. I’ve been told to treat it like a c-section scar so I’m assuming this would help with any tightness.
I had a laparotomy about 3 months ago and I've been doing the circle and up/down massages. I use a c-section cream by Motherlove while doing the massages as well.
Nice
It's been 6month since I gave birth via C-Section and I can still feel pain in my scar area. 😥 Why am I onky seeing this now 😥
Would this also be beneficial for those who had an open myomectomy via a caesarean cut (from fibroid removal)?
Would it still be too painful after 6 weeks (since the uterus has to recover)?
Yes you can
@@cathyallman3284 Thank you
This works for hysterectomy too, right? I had an abdominal hysterectomy last year, and after a year suddenly started feeling pain just underneath my incision.
Maybe you have adhesion under the scar.
Ive got so much pain in my abdominal area ive had tummy tuck 10 years ago and I think its scar tissue but not sure if thats pain my abdominal has alot of inflammation. Is scar tissue deadly?
Scar tissue is not deadly.
Get a very light band, set it somewhere high, and use it to crunch try to go as far as u can comfortably. High reps 50-100 are very safe and make the tendons stronger, i got hernia surgery and doing it made me heal much faster
Kay Barca, how are you doing? Did your pain sort out? It could be adhesions. Apparently 93% people who did abdominal surgery develop adhesions. It’s not deadly but depending on severity can be crippling. The adhesions from the scar can develop on the surrounding organs unfortunately. I just had abdominal surgery and hoping to avoid adhesions so paying attention to my scar.
Can i use this on my scar which is now 4 and half years old i get terrible pain at certains points in the month from my scar even this far along i have had numerous test and everything is ok so im convinced it must be my scar whats giving me the pain x
It's never too late! Just follow the guidelines in the video. I hope the pain eases for you
I would say absolutely! She mentioned that the woman in the video’s scar is about 3 years out from Caesarian.
Im just very scared because doctors cant find whats my pain and I don't want it to turn into cancer
When I can start this massage after sec
I believe she said 6 weeks...
I passed out cringing watching this what is wrong with me
Me too. 😭
I have the scar and I'm nauseous thinking about massaging my scar
It's post traumatic stress. We're traumatized by what they did to us. But we can heal. Start massaging your scar. Peace and healing will come in time. God bless us all!
I was triggered seeing that the model was black.
Why?
…..why?
🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣 werid
Why do you feel triggered by someone's skin color? Lol weird
It doesn't matter what color her skin is. She is receiving healing, so this is a good thing. She is being offered compassion. I'm sorry she had to have a c section. I'm sorry you feel triggered seeing her receiving treatment for her scar. Peace be with you. 🙏🏽
Of all choices you picked the patient with a scar so close to her private area? RIDICULOUS.
This is about a c section scar... That's where they are located.
Well where would you like her c-section scar to be lol? That’s the exact same location my incision is.
WHAT AN IDIOT !! LEARN YOUR ANATOMY YOU FOOL, WHERE ELSE WOULD A C-SEC SCAR BE????
Where else would the fucking scar be?
Yeah should have picked someone who had their baby took out from an incision in there forearm
🙄🙄🙄
