Bought 15 plus a week before and noticed a redish-pinkish type color rather than pure white. And this 15 torch is pure white. Compared mine to 15 and 15 pro of my friends and it was white. Is there a problem with a certain lot?

@@SamurMustafa contacted apple support but they were unable to diagnose it as it’s a physical problem. So, went to service centre and there he told me that some people are complaining about which means it’s a known issue. But he gave me a reason and idk how true is that? He said,”some same components are sourced from different manufacturers like the torch resulting in different hues” which i think is not quality standard for the company like apple.
Now, he told me the solution that i can raise the complaint with apple and they will change the whole camera module as it’s a visible problem compared to the stores demo phones but it will be mentioned in the phone’s about settings which I don’t like plus I don’t want my new phone to be opened so early.
Now, the conclusion is if it affects you can have it changed but in my case phone torch is pink but when I capture photos using flash it doesn’t hamper the photos rather it gives white flash at that time. You can also check that try to take mirror photo using flash, the first slow flash will be pink but second rapid flash will be white if you see the photo. Reply me on that.
Somebody needs to run a hashtag for it on social media to get the official statement from apple account handles as there is less info available on net.

I exchanged one today because of how red mine was and the replacement was the exact same. So I’m assuming it’s the majority of them. The replacements front camera also has been struggling to focus.
