Pile 2. Very on target as always, Angel. Thank you! 2024 is also the year in which these kinds of soul-level wounds are worked through and released by the soul groups of the Dragons and the Great Felines. (The Stellar Nations channel has a video about how so many of our issues got started way back in galactic history, if you're interested.) Also of interest: when scientists tested the frequencies of emotions (using large groups), the frequency of authenticity was far higher than joy, which I find fascinating. Like 200 times higher. Authenticity, being your true self with total honesty, is the key. But we do have to be alone to really get in touch with and embody our highest truest self, as you know. We just can't do it watching movies or playing sports or going to parties or hanging out with people. Been isolating to heal myself and do self care and grow spiritually. It has become my purpose, which took a lot of mental adjustment after being raised in a very achievement oriented family. There is also the sadness of being judged by others, for completely stopping the rescuer role and isolating so much. I'm staying alone a lot. One just can't be authentically working on oneself, transforming, by hanging out with the crowd, as you know - metamorphosis is a solo journey. Buddha sat alone and stared at a wall for many years. Am sure he got a lot of flak for that. You're right, my body does need better food. And I do need to move my body more as well. And drink more water! So good to know there will be folks I will fit with eventually. The hawk card is also relevant - redtail hawk is a spiritual leader and guide. Perhaps this group is working into that state, to "step into our power" as the medicine people term it. Perhaps the students may become the masters. Peridot is great fresh spring energy for making a new start, very easing and calming and joyful - so it would be good to wear that for the time to re-engage with the world, to emerge and do more on our dharmic paths.

Hello, I tried to listen to pile one. Nope it made me so breathless. It is everything I worked through in the last 3 yrs. So, I stopped listened to pile 3. Which was more of where I am at this time. Plus, I am a Taurus, so my home planet is Venus, and my Moon is in Cancer and my favorite crystal is of course rose quartz. Now I feel like I am breathing. Pile 1 made me want to just throw up. Piles 2 & 3 resonated DEEPLY. I accidentally began listening to Pile 2 which seemed like what I’ve just come out of so I may actually go back and listen to that one too.
