It's been 4 years since this video was made, and no big-box toy store has stepped up to fill the gap that TRU left behind. There was talk of Kay Bee toy stores coming back, but that never materialized. I know, lots of people are shopping online now, but to have a brick-and-mortar establishment where you can see the merchandise up-close -- nothing can beat that! To see a big store full of toys again would do wonders for my inner child, and maybe even inspire the millennials and gen Z'ers to do the same and see first-hand what awesomeness us gen X'ers have known all along!
I think some Macy’s locations in USA have popup Toys R Us sections. But for your info there are countries that still have Toys R Us! Full stores running up to date like here in Saudi. I think Toys R Us closed their locations in US only!

Joaquim Silva GameStop is dying, do to the fact the way they treat their customers and being dishonest, when I pre-ordered a video game, they wanted to give me a used version, I've said I want my money back and never went there again. I ain't paying for a new game, just to get a used one. Plus a former mgr. Was fired for giving out some customers information. The bitch was stealing stuff there, blamed a employee that got fired, then that employee committed suicide.
