Hydraulic works on Rooppur NPP

Orgenergostroy has an extensive experience in the implementation of construction projects and reconstruction of hydraulic structures of varying complexity.
From 2011 to the present, our specialists have been involved in the implementation of a number of projects for the construction of hydrotechnical facilities and structures at Ruppur NPP.
In this video, you can “plunge” into the mighty waters of the Ganges, see with your own eyes the process of man-made change of direction of the channel of this ancient river and the creation of a drainage channel, observe from a bird's eye view the work on the construction of a cargo terminal, mooring facilities, protective dam and other hydrotechnical facilities both on land and directly in the water area.
As part of the implementation of the above projects, to protect the coastal zone from erosion, we carried out comprehensive engineering surveys, including: surveying the bottom topography, creating geodetic networks, examining underwater obstacles, measuring depths, taking soil samples and examining them; measures and a project to stabilize the riverbed and coastline of the river were developed. A set of works on the design and construction of shore protection structures was carried out: mathematical modeling of channel processes, a complex of construction works.
