Alberta is an artists paradise. Not only does it have the grandeur of the Rocky Mountains, but foothills and prairie landscapes that are so stunning they are almost unworldly. The Badlands take you back 160 million years to the time of the dinosaurs. The north is more harsh and you see the changes as you head into the NWT. The south is so beautifully lonely and eerie you forget your in modern times. Its just you and the wind which blows across the grasses and creates actual waves, where you feel like your on the ocean. Alberta has it all... Yep I love my home.
Hi Guido, wonderful video. I hope to visit sometime this summer. I visited Banff National Park in the summer of 2015, Lake Louise, Moraine Lake, Castle Mountain, Banff, Canmore and other places. Thanks for sharing ciao !!
I lived there for 3 years in the 70's. Best life changing experience in my life. I got to reset my path in life and now live on Vancouver Island. A close second, but still not as all encompassing wonderful as Jasper.
Hi Ria, Thank you. The music is Arrival of the Birds, by The Cinematic Orchestra from the Oscar winning movie "Theory of Everything". The movie is just as beautiful as the music! I'll be posting new movies about British Columbia and Alberta soon.
Oh wow, just stumbled upon this fantastic video and like an earlier comment, the music also compliments it beautifully. I have been dreaming of going to the Canadain Rockies someday, and hopefully soon. Up until now, one of my favorite all-time videos has been Yosemite II, a great video indeed, but now I have found another great one to challenged it for my all-time favorite.

It depends. Mostly in the 20's Celsius, like 25 / 26. But during heat it can go up to 36. Higher up the mountain it is chilly. You need to dress for cold!
As long as you read up and know what to do during an encounter you are safe. But never the full 100 %. Traffic odds are way way worse by the way (pun intended) , so do not be afraid!
What a lovely marriage : beautiful music and spectacular nature ! Jasper National Park... one of the world's great parks !
The music compliments the nature and vice versa!
