- I have loved shopping the colourful Murano glass art and looking at the fine lace makers at work in the Venetian island of Burano. We bring to you in this video a glass blower at work in a Murano glass factory and creation of the delicate Burano lace works by the women of the island. Ofcourse with interesting facts and stories from the islands.
We visited both islands last year! Murano totally won us over - it felt so local. Loved seeing the glass artisans at work - that horse was amazing!

Really the only part of Venice I've yet to been to. Very jealous you got to see the glass blowing. It is such a cool process. What a cool glass shop. The beauty of Venice and Murano is something else. Such a beautiful city. Love the history of the lace maker. What beautiful craftsmanship.
