It's always the one right above the compressor because it's so easy to get to and remove😂

Joe are they magnetically driven if so check the wear of the magnet or the mixing valve, gear motor does not sound right but that could be the magnets clicking hard to tell from video. It could also be the little plastic drive couplers if they are not magnetically driven.

Those aren’t magnetically. The tips of the shaft are notched and the beater clips into it. Don’t know the details of this guy but the mfg said after seeing the video replace the motors 🤷🏻‍♂️😎

@@restaurantrepairs hey Joe sorry man how many times has tech support steered you in the wrong direction me too many to count so thats why I was asking if they are magnetically driven because I have seen it before and tech support told me the same thing replace the motor and found out that the magnetically driven disc was worn down and was allowing the mixing end to rub and drag on the surface inside of the decanter so good luck. The shafts depending on how old theses machines are depends if the shaft from the motor goes thru the metal base that the decanter sits on. Most of the newer ones are magnetically driven meaning the motor has a flat plate on the motor shaft and the flat plate is a magnet. There is another magnet using the same pole of the magnet causing the magnets to push apart which inturn forces the mixing shaft to rotate. Also I hope it is the motor and I hope you record the replacing of the motor but if you drop the motor and find that it has a flat magnet on the motor shaft that you check it for wear ie.. maintenance I'm just sharing my experience with you regarding these machines they are not like the frozen drink machines that have gear box/motor assembly they are typically just a motor so the clicking of gears are not common in theses types of beverage coolers. If I am wrong I will be the first to admit that I'm wrong or mistaken. I have been burned by tech support before. Have nearly 30yrs of experience working on restaurant tools/equipment. So now you have my details of "THIS GUY".

You know I realize you're there going to take care of the problem. But spending those by hand looks like a good job for you. You know your wife would probably think the same thing. You'd look good standing in the corner spinning drinks
