A hospital FIRING NURSES and then saying it won't impact patients health is a BALD FACED LIE! PERIOD!

They laid off the excessive amount of Administrative Nurses, not bedside nurses. This is not a loss as most administrative nurses went into administration because they could not handle the stress of bedside care.

Yup this BALF face buy is a liar
There is speech therapist everywhere. There is no guarantee you will keep your doctor death, quiting contracts etc.... when u are going to a hospital- your contract is with the Hospital not the individual providers- LOA 😂😂😂

Sadly this doesn’t surprise us. Special needs community tends to get all the budget cuts from hospitals, schools, government etc

I always roll my eyes when they say patients won't be effected. I don't see how that's possible when they layoff people who work with patients.

People forget that Children's Memorial Hermann Hospital is right down the street and is Level I Pediatric Trauma Center, has every Pediatric specialist available, and is partnered with TIRR for Pediatric Inpatient Rehabilitation.

Not all health insurance is in network with those providers. And you bet they’ll be facing longer wait times which will ultimately hinder the patient’s’ health.

It’s very heartbreaking as a health care provider to hear this. What was done to us is really hurtful especially when you have loved the families you have worked with for years and to see the children no longer getting the services they need at such a critical moment in that child’s life is a disservice to the community that has been impacted.

Blame the state. Probably cutting reimbursement for patient care.

Take your kids to Memorial Herman Children’s Hospital just up the street. TCH has burned out, rude and entitled staff, wait times are extremely long as well

It’s all about the money. Those therapist get paycheques and if you can’t pay them guess what, the parents no longer get free healthcare
    Evidently that was the problem
