Sometimes they do an intersection take-off from runway 25 (mostly A319s though)
But Not very often. I flew manytimes from Stuttgart and often with A319 and I Never did This

Hi, I think this can be the Fuel Pumps. If they are activated they are making a sound. But if the eninges running you do not hear them any more, becaus they are to quiet
