Remember that this AFK run has 2 more slots AND Myrtle if you remove her, so add WisAdel or a good dmg dealer killing those vampire slugs.
Also, if your Mudrock is E2 Lv60 like mine, use Yato Alter S3 behind her to help clear. If possible, place Mudrock one tile to the left so you have an empty tile to help her

You can replace Eyja Alter with Nightingale. It gets messy toward the end, but it's still doable.

I put Logos right next to the enemy entrance with his S1 on the right and he completly shutdown that part of the map. Anyway thanks for uploading this clear video
