I still find it hilarious that there's a chance that Po just straight up can't actually die.
By conventional means yes - he's pretty much immortal
But if his opponent could destroy his soul however - that's a different story
To clarify, by movie 3, Po didn't just learn chi, he mastered it, to the point that Shifu asked Po to show him how to master it himself.
Po is my favorite fictional character of all time, but I was still genuinely surprised to see him triumph over a comic character without any comics himself.
The perfect Death Battle episode to watch in honor of the upcoming Kung Fu Panda 4.

I honestly really like these types of DB matchups, two friendly characters who would honestly vibe with each other if not put into mortal combat.
I believe that Po and Danny would be buds, no question. It makes the idea that one has to kill the other kinda sad...

PO is way stronger than death battle just said, he literally restored the spirit realm with his chi, which is believed to be infinite in size and he moved in the spirit realm, which has no concept of time, so this iron first guy is extremely outclassed in everything. Power chi mastery and speed.
But he needed outside help heck Kai almost took Po's soul that was until POs friends and family passed their chi to him

I feel like 90% of death battles follow this formula. Cartoons > comics > anime
Comics and anime are the same thing but both pale in comparison to cartoon physics.
The comic and anime characters that have cartoon physics are the only ones that can compete, like Superman and Saitama.
@@BaithNa idk if I would say comics and anime are the same thing. I get manga and comics are pretty comparable. But I'd say comics last a lot longer cause they reset the universes a lot. Whereas manga usually have a set finish point. (Unless it's like one piece). But it is hard to beat cartoon characters that can literally break reality on a whim 😄
The one time I expected a comic book character to win because they have more mediums, but I was pleasantly surprised.
A cool DB between strong fighters and master martial artists. Both are my favorite but I have more love towards Po
I really didn't see Danny getting washed, but that was a pretty awesome battle. Good point about Po knowing himself a lot better than Danny did. Netflix butchering notwithstanding (he was getting there in season 2 and Luke Cage season 2 though!)
Season two was actually fairly decent. Sadly it ended after that. Luke Cage Season 2 is still my personal favorite just because of the character of Bushmaster.
@@daysand123 Same, especially when it comes to Danny's cameo. Still, for some reason Luke Cage's seasons, as great at the first half is, always end a bit.. off to me. I might still be salty about the Cottonmouth thing, and the ending to S2.

Po literally just comes un and kills iron fist because he can and runs home without a care in the world.
I think Iron Fist should have won due to speed alone but the durability of Po is hard to argue against.

Iron fist is always a great comic character but it’s hard to go to get somebody who takes a serious fight not serious and just laughs at you. That’s some Luffy Gear 5 stuff 😂

To correct death battle. Po is able to Skidoosh his way too and from the spirit realm because he's still alive. If he was dead, he'd have to find another way like Kai did.

I remember watching this & going "Iron Fist is gonna lose because the DB crew have out right come out talking about not like Iron Fist because of the Awful Netflix show that adapted him poorly & changed the wide reception of him" I was right & I know that's assuming A LOT but the Dante death battle was outright stated to have some bias from the animator (even though I agree with the win cause Dante is kinda nuts). Still though, great battle.
What? No, Po legit just had all he needed to beat Iron Fist, this isn't one of those Bias situations.
Then Goku should've won against Superman because the whole Death Battle crew has an admitted bias against Superman and even a bias for Goku.
