      @@hamishthompson1409 so you’re comparing him to other pros, by bringing up team results where he was probably the worst performing player on fnatic, and soloq results? The average pro player can make to the top of the Korean ladder if they spent months in Korea playing soloq all day. You can’t tell how good he is unless he comes back and proves it. When he was a pro he had champions pool issues and was struggling to be a top 5 mid in Europe, that’s all we can go off of.

    its simple really
    The fact after nemesis leave fnatic and then fnatic become bottom tier team is already a FACT that nemesis is not the problem, he's the blacksheep, people need someone to blame and he take it because he's the silent guy on the team,
    blame bwipo? people love bwipo, he talk alot and bring memes
    blame rekkless? people love rekkless during that time
    blame hylisang? hylisang is top 3 support during that time
    blame selfmade? selfmade is the CARRY jungler during that time, he's given most resource on the maps thats why he mostly carried the game
    nemesis is the only one good target to blame because he play picks that Enables his carry jungle and ADC, he pick champ for the teams, not for he carried

    I see Nemesis rejection by clubs as the embodiment of what the West is lacking to ever win Worlds, if the guy is hard to get through or communicate with then have patience and teach him teamworking and communication, you cant just let a player like that go to waste because you cant tolerate his ego, in other sports players like him might create controversy but are needed to achieve great things

      I don't remember exactly but yeah sort of from what I can remember. In fact that might be part of the reason he doesn't want to talk about it. It's really of interesting how their relation evolved after they left fnatic as they seemed to hate each other in the beginning.

    • @GeometryDasher-ng2bc
      @GeometryDasher-ng2bc 7 หลายเดือนก่อน +9

      He talked shit about working with the Selfmade/Nemesis duo on the Thorin podcast, and he hated how both of them couldn’t work together whatsoever. It was very clear that the mid/jungle had a clash in playstyle during FNC.m, and Bwipo blamed it on both of them being difficult to work with.
      Bwipo regretted what he said a year later, and realised that he was part of the blame for Worlds 2020 since he was focused too much on his self and not on his teammates.

    Nem is good but lately it’s been giving “too good to play pro” vibes lol
    I get it too he understands his worth and doesn’t want to play for a shit team but until the West dethrones the East at worlds, I think he needs to humble himself. Wasting his talent streaming when he could be working towards achieving a goal that players in the scene dream of.
    Ig if he’s happy than it’s whatever, is what it is but until he comes back and walks the talk, I don’t rate him.

      it's not necessarily his dream first of all and 2nd of all it's not wasting time if he enjoys streaming and also makes a living (a great living considering the amount of feedback that he has) so it's not easy to give up his streaming career like that for something that he does not consider worth it

      well sorry to break it to you but you do not understand a single thing about what he wants or has said apparently.
      He's stated that he is not willing to play for smaller teams or teams that he does not consider good enough, yes one of the reasons is because he thinks he deserves to be in a high quality team, but he also said that money wise it wouldn't be worth it, and he enjoys playing more "casually" and streaming it.

    • @robenriven
      @robenriven 7 หลายเดือนก่อน

      waste time? he is making more money streaming that he would ever do by becoming a pro again lol

    • @Nunyuh_Business
      @Nunyuh_Business 6 หลายเดือนก่อน

      He's stated before he is making more money streaming than he would make on basically any pro team. If he joins a team that ends up just being awful, it would be terrible for his image in general and could even be a detriment to his stream and cause more people to harass him and/or lose viewership, even if it isn't his fault, because of false narratives already placed around him. It's not just "understanding his worth." Joining a pro team is a lot larger of a move than you seem to be making it out to be. Players like Doublelift or Bjergsen had it fairly easy considering they've been around for so much longer with more loyal fanbases, and most people didn't seem to have super high expectations to begin with (felt like most people already sort of had declining opinions on them), but were more just hopeful than anything since they were already on the way out of pro play and 100T felt like one last hurrah for them. I also want to see Nemesis come back and prove himself, but I don't think it's as simple as him thinking he's "too good to play pro." I much prefer seeing him in his current state than how I see a lot of players that bounce around between teams instead of trying to build their own brand. I'd call that more of a waste of talent than streaming lol.
