I ordered this phone after watching way too many videos on budget smart phones; including older flagship phones. I settled on this phone because I've had Motorola phones in the past and this one looks a lot like the Galaxy Note 3, which was my favorite phone. I'm a big fan of plastic phones since you don't have to worry about shattering the back glass when it's dropped; which is what most flagship phones have. I hope this phone holds up for a few years.
I have the 2023 model and the 2024 model
It has the same chip as the 2023 model, but the 2024 model has an hour or two more battery life
The 2024 model has between 8 and 10 hours of battery life
It has wireless charging, is thinner, has a better screen, and is a good phone.
How about gaming w 8gh ram mines has 4Gb (Laughable) and is 2023 version same chip does good but could use the extra ram for sure
This phone is very underrated.
The back was an epic fail, when it starts to rip and fade, people are going to hate Motorola for it.
They should have used plastic, metal or glass, anything leather is absolute garbage and marketing to sell as a "high end" premium quality, which it's not.
The in-screen finger print sensor is also useless, for all devices period. They should have just left the rear or side-mounted sensors, they're a lot faster and not as awkward to use.
@CinHalCedHerChance my sumsung s23 ultra has a front screen finger print and I have no issues with it, thankfully lol, but I don't have a front screen on it just a nice case
@@CinHalCedHerChancethe leater part sure it's a horrible material. But the fingerprint should be at the front and will always be at the front now. It's the best spot.
@@xiondFirst You never had an optical sensor on the back of a phone, it's blazing fast and comfortable, very natural for your pointing finger to rest on smack in the middle back where it always is.

I got it since 1 month and all is good, i returned my Samsung A35 to Samsung to get it , With A35 l clearly saw animation lags in the multi-application windows and slow open some apps
They are finally making mid range phones that are worth getting.
Except you'll never get software support from Motorola. They are always like this very good but at the Sametime not good enough. Mid-range is midrange. Get last year's flagship instead.
I wish i could get the moto edge + 2023.... But im on one of the carriers that doesnt support it. 512gb on board storage, 144hz refresh rate. And for the price right now its a steal. @@xiondFirst

Got it for my mom, If she liked old moto g and power, this should be no brainer
I ordered the red one from Motorola and with trade-in it’s only costing $1. It’s great to see a phone with expandable storage etc etc that isn’t super low quality.
I was gonna get this phone but I end up getting the galaxy a54 5g instead because of the better software support and more premium design. And cricket ran out of moto g stylus 5g 2024 for like a week and I needed an upgrade so I got the a54 5g instead

Does the phone get warm for wireless charging? I noticed my S23FE gets a good bit warm.

Yes, it does support eSim. So you could have 2 numbers on this phone. One physical SIM and one eSIM

This is yhe best phone Motorola has made in my opinion I have a s23 ultra and really like this phone and it seems better than my samsung with sd8gen 3 so im going to get this phone and have a lower payment.
Hello kevin what you think about this or samsung a35 for normal use no gaming just media and you tube
The faux leather backing is garbage, in a year's time it will fade, rip or crack, friend had his for a week and already a little tear in it.
They should have left it glass, plastic or metal, would have been much better.
Lets get real...99% of people never use what 99% of a phone is capable of. Most of us do social media ,youtube and dnap a few pics etc etc
That said,this phone is awesome. Great storage,still has a sim card slot (2024 damsung and apple will NOT), beautiful display,lightweight,headphone jack and sd card slot.
Snappy fast performance.
All at a great price.
Who writes these days anyways? Most people can't write their own names if their lives depended on it, it's a fidget toy really. 😂😂
I use the stylus on my s22 Ultra for a single purpose, to click on the microscopic "x" page ads place hoping fat fingers will open the ad instead of closing it.

Things that are progressively getting worse after a month of use with minimal apps downloaded- pressing the back button to go to the previous screen in an app, or pressing the back button as you normally would to get rid of the keyboard, instead closes the entire app, also at random times it wont let me click something, such as a video ect, i press multiple times and wont ooen it but will open the video right next to it. There is nothing more infuriating than clicking something and it not opening.
exc review.. this almost rivals a top end samsung

@@slovengak4879 Most phones doesn't come with chargers. Apple, Samsung, One plus, Motorola, etc.
