Also, give a shootout to Jamie McMurray, involved in the lap 15 pileup, came back from 2 laps down and finished in the top 10, Austin Cindric did a nice job in his debut (until the late pit stop and last lap crash), Ross Chastain was also involved in the last lap crash, still limped it home in the top 10 (much like Preece), Spire Motorsports had both their cars in the top 10, so good night for that team too. And Kyle Larson got a top 10 his first race back and he's never had good luck on superspeedways so nice to see him turn that around.

I’m a Chase Elliots fan but I’m glad to see Michael McDowell get his first career victory. He’s always been onna the back of the pack drivers and it must be amazing for him to get his first win at Daytona.
After watching it so many times, I realized that he was always going to bump him, Kev was just unlucky that Legano blocked at the wrong angle. Mike got pushed and Kev got pushed and Legano blocked and screwed himself
Just seeing that wreck shocked me too the core, great to see the rescue team respond and help those drivers out of there cars. None the less, I well deserved victory for McDowell. I still remember telling my dad, "McDowell will win one of these days".
Thankful to be seeing that drivers involved in the final lap crash were more or less physically ok. Quite a testament to the safety engineering NASCAR has in place.

If McDowell hadn't given Brad a shove then maybe? But also then Brad doesn't get a chance to go for the lead. So you can blame McDowell for the push, Brad for the lane change, and Logano for the terrible block. At the end of the day it just boils down to racing.
First ever nascar race I ever fully paid attention too. I watched a couple with my dad as a kid but this clip is why I now have a 12 car die cast collection (still growing) and why I’ve watched every single race this year. Never thought I would enjoy nascar like this but I understand why. So much courage goes into every single race. Takes a lot of guts to put your life on the line every Sunday

From what I can see the 34 tapped the 2 which caused the wreck. I do not think it was intentional, but I think this is what lead to the outcome.
