My Uber account almost got deactivated because of this Tesla driver!

While I was doing uber in Boston, I came upon this dumb driver that brake checked me and taking up both lanes, while I had clients in my vehicle. (I understand theres pedestrians in front of him, but he didn’t had to take both lanes). And my client thought I rear ended him and left my car after the incident. I didn’t get to drop her off to her destination and she reports me to uber for reckless driving and crashed. I even asked if she was ok. You could hear her response..

Where is the brake check? He made a legal stop for pedestrians in a crosswalk. You fault you were to close.

What I see is when he is stopped one guy is partway out in the other lane and continuing on. He had to move over or hit the guy walking in the road.

Hey Danny, ignore that Bad Drivers guy. Obviously unaware of how to stay in a lane / signal to change lanes - don't bother to try and reason with someone like that. Tesla guy clearly cut you up, he braked for a reason, but he brake checked you with it aswell.

Tesla driver changing lanes over a dashed white line (no signal which is illegal in MA). Two guys step out into the street in front of him, so did you want him to just plow through them? This was an unfortunate situation, but definitely not malicious on the part of the Tesla driver. Once he started entering your lane you should have given him the necessary space.
