This scene represents why Diana is one of my favourite female superheroes. Her bravery is so great that she’s willing to risk her own live and sacrifice her own eyesight to save Vanessa; someone she considers a sister (despite not being an Amazon or sharing her blood), in addition to understanding her pain as well as the decisions she has made, and Diana has already forgiven her for those mistakes and tells her that there’s still time to make amends (despite Vanessa telling her that she deserves Medusa’s wrath). This is so beautiful. Diana and Vanessa may not share the same blood, but they are sisters non the less.

Still hits really hard with Vanessa, one can empathize so much with her in that need to have her mother acknowledge her instead of being so focused on her work. And then the desire to just end it because you don't think you're worth it, while Diana shows the best part of humanity in affirming that you are loved

Wonder Woman Bloodlines is my favorite Princess Diana movie (along with Gal Gadot's 2017 movie) apart from this scene, the final fight against Medusa was magnificent ❤
