I ordered an Aldebaran BFS reel from Digitaka recently. I had it in just two days from Japan to Illinois. I will definitely be ordering more from them.
I ordered an Alderbaran BFS casting reel and it’s defective. I’ve sent the drag to the least amount of attention, and it still feels as if it’s at max drag. Digitaka is processing a return 😢😢😢
Been buying reels from them for years, shipping is always super fast and it’s free, I live in Australia and I can order an item from a local retailer and it takes longer to get delivered than purchasing from Japan.
I just ordered another Aldebaran bfs from Japan lure shop tonight. I have ordered at least six reels from them in the last six months. It takes more than three days from them but when I am paying half or less than the us price I can wait a week. They also throw in a free lure every time, usually from Megabass
Actually, the Shimano metanium 100 is actually bigger than the US 150 metanium it holds 10 yards more. People don’t believe me go on Shimano’s website and look at the specs and I personally have both of them and spoiling them. There is a difference.
@@ChewyThaoFishing i few fishing reels form them and i didn't like the qualiy of them so i email me them about it and they said that is how they are so i ask them i want to return them than they sais that's fine i did return a few fishing reel back to them than a few month later i order form them again than wait a few days later than all i got was a refund back for them for what i order
Theyre not amazon. Theu spend A LOT to ship them. Why would they take another chance you didn't do your research again and may return them for another loss?
I ordered an Alderbaran BFS reel. And the drag is defective. Its been set to the least tension and when turn the handle, it feels like its at MAX 😢😢😢. Returning the item
This. Disassemble and inspect it first... Use the parts diagram to ensure everything was assembled correctly. Drag should have no bearing on what you feel when you turn the handle. How experienced are you with baitcasting reels?
I don't know the exact yard difference however, that difference makes a performance difference IMO. For the Met B, I actually prefer the US model over the JDM. Bigger knobs and more line capacity.
If you’re new to the channel, I have mentioned it many times in my other videos. I do apologize for not stating in this specific video but you are correct, the US companies will not service it.
@@tims_always_fishing7117 I didn’t realize it was that easy to replace parts on a reel. What’s your YT channel? Do you have any videos taking apart a Vanquish or Exist?

That's awesome! You got a great deal!
Wanna save money just order from Japan saves you alot of money. Only con is u.s. wont service your reel if its from japam
Correct - this is the only con. However, it is very easy to service your own reels these days.
There is a guy on IG that works on JDM reels with a good reputation.
Just ordered a Stella from them. I had it at my house in 3 days. Way better pricing than the bass pro, cabela or j and h.
Just ordered a Daiwa Airity, should be in this week. 🤘🏾
Awesome! Enjoy!
I have bought 2 reels from them. They are 100%..
Absolutely! Cheaper and FAST shipping

sorry, but does the free shipping of the product also include customs duties? I am Italian.
Duties are on your end, they can't do anything about it. They won't lie and declare the item as $1 gift for you either.
I order form them before but was not happy with some of there item so i return back to them and not they wont let me buy form them anymore
That’s a new one for me - never heard of that happening before. What did you order?

Fix it. It's a simple reel.

Question is on the metanium b 2020 whats the yrd difference from the japan version and u.s. 15 lb

How do you not mention that US companies will not honor JDM warranty repair? 🤦
Buy the parts and replace yourself. Reels aren't hard to work on.

@OlePukey I don't have a channel, but vids are easy to find. Not much difference between to say a Vanford and Exsence.
I think it’s time for you to sell your Metanium DC to me 😂
Too much info take vid down 😆
