Lobster with ginger and scallion薑蔥龍蝦restaurants quality 

1 lbs lobster cut it up pre fried with corn starch and egg
Ginger
Green onion
1 cup water
1 tsp sugar
1 tsp salt
1 tsp chicken stock base or msg
1/4 tsp white pepper powder
1/4tsp sesame oil
1 tbsp cooking wine
2 tbsp cornstarch with 4 tbsp water
