Exceptional videography. I like how you frame the scenes with closeup fireweed, fishing midshot and mountains in the back.

This is a great video, I am planning on fishing the Greys next month, now I am tempted to turn it into a cut slam. The video is a good combination of production quality, scenery and information. Thank you.

Just a comment that might give some insight to the Labarge creek upper drainage. I fished the Labarge back when I was a kid back in the 70's and it had the Cutthroats but definitely more Rainbows, Cuttbows and some Brookies The bigger Cutts were in the 13-14 inch range. It was more common back then to catch fish in the 8- 10 inch range. There was a lot of stream damage back then from overgrazing. I fished it it 2019 and was disappointed, if anything the stream banks had eroded much further than I remembered as a kid. The holding water was thin and of poor quality. While I caught a few Colorado Cutts. They weren't the ferocious fighters I had caught when I was a kid. One 10 incher I caught was unusually stiff. Like it had severe Arthritis or something. Cutts need structure to thrive. The upper Labarge drainage has some major damage that it will need some help to recover from. Stream and bank restoration for sure.

Seriously though....I've google mapped these rivers a while now. Not a lot of reports on a few of the smaller rivers you fished here so im glad I found this video! Thanks so much! Will be fishing all of these this year. Only 2 hours away from me!

utah has far more people ,pressure and more fish in their rivers, mostly brown trout.I dont think wfg cutthroat policy us working ,i think brown trout are the way to manage liie the upper green.Cutthroats are fine but dont discount brown trout .I fish alot of small rivers and streams around kemmerer almost no fish. What is wyoming doing about it.

Any more information on why the La Barge fished so poorly?

Good question. We fished on the other side of the dam and it was great fishing. The section with the Colorado cutthroats seemed super fishy.....BUT.....EVERYONE we talked to got skunked. Not sure if that's the norm and the fish count is low.....or if it was just an off week. I'd lean towards the former cause we got plenty of fish at every other fisher, including on La Barge Creek (on the other side of the dam where there are no Colorado cutthroats)

AWESOME job! Only criticism I might have is that I wish you'd have masks to help prevent the spread of Covid-19 amongst our fishy friends! LOL!
