      Cheerleaders wear those type of clothes to entertain the audience or for competition. Coaches are not supposed to dress "sexy" or wear revealing clothing. By not wearing sexual clothing, it keeps the audience engaged in the match not towards themselves.

      This isn't just a white thing. This is an "insecure about my own shape" thing. It's the people not comfortable in their own skin because I've gotten it from black women as well. I can't help my genetics, any more than they can help their own. They need to have self love training courses on the corporate world, imo.

      @@hotornot5470 black women debt come from mainly our education, which our income allows us to pay for over time, not to mention bw are starting businesses and becoming entrepreneurs at one of the highest rates...which also requires us to take out loans to start these new business ventures...which many are seeing huge profits. Bw are also making larger investments such a buying homes too. So yeah...when you say bw are in debt, be sure you explain why.

    I love her style, and the way she puts her outfits together! Some of the clothing is a little too snug for my taste, but she looks very fashionable and put together overall. It’s nice to see people take pride in their appearance, as it can inspire others around them to also take pride in their’s.

    Her attire is professional and stylish. Honestly, she is the first coach I’ve seen with that much drip. Most coaches' dress style is terrible and plain, but that’s what they’re comfortable wearing. People may see her as a distraction because she’s attractive, and the colors bring more attention. I think that’s why they label it as unprofessional. But, I see nothing wrong with the way she dresses.

    Marilyn said "I don't mind being in a man's world as long as I can be a woman in it" this Is my favorite quote and best life lesson. Everyone wants to snuff out women who truly embrace who they are. Heaven forbid we love our natural curves that they pay for. Have SEVERAL seats or better yet eat cake 🎂. I change my car oil with a full set of gel nails 💅 and pink tools. I parent two active Boys, a male dog, work from home and support my husband with a beat face every day. I stay cute even when I'm gardening. This is not me being extra, as people like to call it. It's literrally me minding my business in my own comfort zone. She looks amazing and honestly im damn impressed. She is setting the bar for court side attire for female coaches. Yes they can coach but can u do it in heels, with a beat face, and slayed hair? CONGRATULATIONS you made it sis! I see you!

    For the longest time a black womans backside (in clothes) could not be shown on network TV because the shape was deemed too suggestive and sexual. There are some people who still have a problem with our bodies. Disguising your problem in "unprofessional attire" does not hide the real issue.

    She has an amazing sense of style. Really well put-together. Apparently most of the white people (I know you all were white based on the target of your criticism) don’t see all the white female coaches who dress a certain type of way, especially with the high heels, which can be seen worn by many female coaches on ladies’s teams.       @@sandra-jones sooo true! some people can't handle our natural beauty and body i have been here before where my ex boss changed the whole dress code because i made him uncomfortable😕..i literally had a turtleneck on was harrased by a fellow employee and he had the nerve to say i was enticing him by my clothing....how im coverd up all the way but because im curvey and busty. He even went as far to say where my heels necessary..I worked in sales and yes to me they are. they made me feel good and when you look and feel good your performance is A1. Some people cant control themselves and thats not our problem. We have to support one another in times of unfairness and discrimination.

    When I worked for a Certain law firm, I used to get all kind a little passive aggressive comments about what I would wear. The female attorneys were catty and jealous and the male attorneys were equally passive aggressive. My outfits were the topic daily they were looking at me saying “ why are you so dressed up you’re making us look bad”. Being a professional I did not say what I wanted, which was, you already look bad. I hated working there

But I want you to know that was about seven years ago and I still dress the same every day as I did then but with a different firm.

    That’s exactly how I would dress courtside if I was the coach. Personal style is an extension of who you are and I’ve always stood out, even in college with my furs and heels and if you can’t tell by the name, pink is what I love the best. 💖
