What a knowledgeable angler Nick is. Really love his videos. His style and approach to angling is what makes you want to get out on the banks. Cheers Nick.
Compact everything you need...efficiency fishing...wish I was as organised. It makes a difference. Totally right about respecting the locals ..wish more anglers were as long sighted in the pursuit of their sport.. Charecter carp...interesting fishin..
Used to love doing this on the river stort and odd occasion on the lea in the 90s, brilliant way to fish, do miss this style of fishing, not quite the same on the middle trent, but inspred to try it up this end ,cool video, atb craig
High Nick, well done mate 👏 you had some absolute beauties throughout this video. I have just recently bought myself a 12' 1 3/4 LB tc extd , lovely rod, not used yet but soon will be. Will be using a Shimano nexave 4000 reel on it. Im thinking more on the lines of float fishing with it, probably lift method 🤔. As I have 4 other carp rods for bottom fishing, 2 Daiwa infinity X 12' 2 1/4 tc and 2 slim jim long rangers 13' 3 1/4 tc. I did say lift method, but I also guess it will be well suited to some surface fishing too ? Again great viewing 👌 mate, rucksack is pretty cool 😎 too. Can't get one though 😕 the mrs would skin me alive. Haven't you got enough bags and boxes already !! Some women just don't get it 😕 do they. Cheers mate Les.
Hey nick I’ve got a little spot that no one really touches as I’ve never seen anyone there before , I’ve seen multiple 30s old school ones that are so difficult to catch let me know if you’re interested via dm ✌️❤️

Errr korum use bite alarms in the day get away from my peg 😂
Have you done a smallford carp session yet?
Wondering why using 25lb braid attached to 15lb main line - doesn't this risk leaving your hook length with the fish??
Brill
I fish here
