Well explanation
Sir my wife has thalassemia in haterogeous state. Currently hb% =6.3%. she is pregnant for 4 months. What kind of food is appropriate for her currently to increase the hemoglobin. Plz suggest me.
Sorry to hear that Raju!! You need to have Citrus foods and vegetables to maintain necessary vitamin levels . Also include sufficient protiens foods like eggs, milk, paneer etc. As the pregnancy becomes high risk you should stay continuously in contact of your obstetrician with frequent consultantations . Good luck .
@@GYNAECOLOGYLACTURES thank u sir.
Sir I am Raju Halder. As I told u aboutt my wife's condition in my previous comment. Today at 12:15 a.m. my wife has given a birth of our baby daughter at hb% 6.3. doctors have cesared her for the delivery. Now baby and mother is out of danger. They transfumed only one unit blood after the delivery. I thank u very much for your valuable suggestion and I also thank all the Doctors who were done this very safely. Thank u all🙏. By the way sir the picture u can see is my elder daughter(5.5yrs) who was born by a normal delivery given by my wife. Sir is there any chance that any of them become a carrier? Thank u sir🙏
Sir meri wife ka beta thalaessmia trait with mildly elevated hbf aya hai or blood 8.2 hai suggest me
Its ok ! You need to keep checking her Hb frequently. Eat enough fruits with vitamin C and E. Also check your status of thalassemia too. If you are planning for baby , you must visit a excellent gynecologist atlist 3 months before.
@@GYNAECOLOGYLACTURES sir meri wife ka 8th month chl rha h to isme bby ko kch problem hogi ya nhi buy mera hb to 13.5 gram hai
@@d.k.bansal707 then you should go for thalassemia screening of yours. Do your thalassemia test. "HB electrophoresis" and show to the gynecologist.
