I'm glad he admits that there are people who will continue to get away with iron sights just fine if their shooting ability is top tier. I find it weird to be told by much worse shooters than I that I "need" a red dot on my carry pistol despite shooting at a much higher competitive skill level than they do.
There's a whole generation of shooters who are using these new self contained metallic cartridges. They've never had to pour powder down the barrel, ram the ball and prime the pan. Gosh dern whippersnappers.
I was lucky enough to meet Rob at Discount Gun San Diego I got to see him shoot what a great guy.

I love cleaning my guns. not cause I'm a clean freak not at all. I just like a clean gun to keep it looking new
I have shot many plastic guns but will never own or carry one. Plastic is for toys.
