There is a huge mistake in your circuit ... You have unconnected Pin 3 of the terminal block and the pin 2 of Resistor R2. Before Ending your design you need to check for the missed connections. The netlist is already helping you by indicating the connections thorough blue wires.
Thank you for noticing. Was concentrating to show how to make PCB. Well we can adjust to make manual a track between Pin 1 and Pin 2 ORR redoo the automatic track.
