    Kozunak - Bulgarian Easter bread
    Ring 20 cm
    All-purpose flour - 350-400 g
    Sugar - 120 g
    Vanilla sugar - 8 g
    Salt - 1/3 tsp
    Dry yeast - 7 g
    Warm milk - 150 ml
    Egg - 1 piece
    Yolk - 1 piece
    Butter - 40 g
    Vegetable oil - 20 g
    Raisins - 100 g
    For greasing
    Yolk - 1 piece
    Milk - 1 tbsp
    For sprinkling
    Sugar - 1 tbsp
    Nuts - 20 g
    Oven - 180 C / 356 F
    Time - 35-40 minutes
