omg this is so amazing, so many years ahead of 1983... great song. vocals… very catchy and the coreography…. Little Austria was so amazing in 1983
Gary Lux works overtime to make them sound respectable. Other guys weren't really good singers but I like energy and beat of that entry!
The song contains elements of 70s (violin) and 80s disco (beat). It's shame Austria achieved only 9th place and the group never recorded anything else after the show. Typical and stylish costumes for the 80s era stage though. Inspirational today.
My favorite austrian entry. Great sound!!!
Gary Lux's back must hurt from carrying this song. Notice how he's got all the difficult parts and also the job of keeping the others in tune.

This is a fantastic song. I was living in Hong Kong when the 1983 contest was shown, so I didn't see it the first time round. However, I am glad to have seen this as it is a really lively song. It's similar to some of the songs in the UK and US charts in the early to mid 1980s. It's a shame it didn't win. But at least Westend had a go. Very warm greetings from the United Kingdom.
