Camie should transfer to Izuko’s school then she would be allowed to date. Why doesn’t her school allow the students to go on dates? I agree with her that’s a stupid rule, the students should experience dating and romance.
I think it's not a bad policy. They are still kids, and it's a school to help them learn how to become professional heroes and work in a variety of different teams. I think they just want them to focus on their learning and teamwork skills without the teenage romance drama until they are more mature.
I'm Glad they saved Camie utsushimi for season 4 but it's still weird that Miss Stabby Pants A.K.A Toga didn't kill her just knocked her out for a few days during the license exam arc for no reason when she had enough of her blood to fully impersonate Camie especially trying to eliminate and kill even scaring Izuku just to get to know him like how she turned into Ochako for a bit but what's even weirder is that Camie utsushimi is the only person and character Miss Stabby Pants fully impersonated half nak8d due to her transformation Quirk/Superpower but not as anyone else throughout the series not even male characters with us almost reaching the climax and ending now after what happened in the manga but more importantly IMO Shiketsu High is highly underrated and they deserved more screentime and development even should've been in the 3rd movie participating in saving the world against flect turn which was full of missed opportunities to expand the world of MHA, pretty much worldbuilding like One piece does also it was another missed opportunity to have her meet Izuku since he figured out it was actually toga during the overhaul Arc when she tried to kill him again. BTW Cam~Fam has nice peaches🍑 if you know what I mean 😎👍

I guess maybe Toga just kept her alive in case she needed to come back for more blood (like if she'd underestimated how long she'd need to impersonate Camie).
