This is great to watch! Especially because I'm getting ready to run my first stage rally. Maine, now New England Forest Rally 2016 on Michelin gravel tires that came from John Buffum
+Pullen Away Rally Team , fantastic! Rally America sanction? Many of in SCCA miss you guys. I think we have found a way to do Rallysprints again, though. I guess the thing I left out of the description about that trophy..yeah there's not much "co-driving" to do when it's the same stage over and over and over. Driver eventually learns it like a rallycross. Good luck!!
+oldSCCAguy yah Thank you! Yes Rally America, I've been running with the NER Scca for a few years now and still do RallyX. As for Rallysprints I have done all 3 that have happened at Team O'Neil with a 4th event scheduled for May 14th. You are right though, I do have O'Neil's course pretty much memorized. You should come check it out! It's such a great time! I run the #50 Open Light Impreza and for Rally America I'll be #909. If you do make it out to an event then come say hi
+Pullen Away Rally Team , oh, I wish I could come see y'all. I'm in SEDIV (ATLReg) and that would be a bit of a trip! I don't have the vacation time at the new job that I had at the old one (or the money, either), and I'm trying to support the Road Racing program (I'm still working corners when I can). Our RallyX program is growing, though. I'm hoping they'll get strong enough to start Rallysprint again. We had some really good ones in the little mountains here in GA, and the SCR folks had Sandblast going before Stage Rally went away. Sandblast is back, I think it's NASA sanctioned now, though. (I am not a NASA "hater"..I've got Spec Miata buddies who run both clubs).
That Kiwi is a laugh and a half, or at least he was when I knew him...funny guy. He should a stayed with rwd, though, wouldn't have stuffed a Mazda like that pig of a Toyota.
This is a rarity!!! Fantastic!
I was there, remember it well. This rally is in my hometown of course!

Wow. Love the Coupe Quattro.
MOOSE!
+VolksDragon , yeah. I've only ever hit a deer, and only in a street car. I don't even want to think about an animal twice that size!!
