    Another beautiful meditation from Tara. It seems to have cured excruciating back pain that's been bothering me for six weeks. Amazing 😊❤

    "Ice to water," I can do that. "Water to gas," well...I think I can do that too, but going that far is the sort of thing that can draw me so far out of my sense of physical orientation as to risk a crisis of consciousness, or some kind of existential dread. I don't know if I'm stating that in a relatable way...

      Yes you are! I think this is a blind spot with some of these teachers even though they are wonderful in many ways, that total dissolution can be very dangerous and not wise to teach it indiscriminately to people, many of whom have experienced trauma … it can lead to dangerous disassociation , etc. good that you’re considering this and I recommend avoiding dissolution practices if you’re sensing it can bring on a dangerous crisis and disembodiment! Perhaps stick to her other meditations that don’t include that
