i would suggest you don't sit on this philly shell too much when doing Muay Thai, is not that good at keeping the space in case the opponent wants to clinch/knee/elbow and may leave you somewhat vulnerable to low kicks or getting body kick spammed on the block(it hurts like a bitch), i know is probably a habit you aquire from boxing but unless you are willing to speacilize on that, is hard to fly in Muay Thai.
