I love picnics! My fiancée and I are making an effort to have more this year, so it’s great to have new ideas. I especially love the iced tea idea! I think I’ll try it with frozen blackberries instead.

Regardless of the size of your lemon some are way more acidic and tart than others, some are more sweet and mild or some watery. So I don't think the size matters as much as the total amount of acid

FYI the tea was a big hit with me and my friend! I didn’t have mint on hand but I used one bag of mint green tea. It was so refreshing!

Great sandwich idea. I just prefer hummus instead of cream cheese.
Not a fan of pesto but will make the sandwiches using olive tapenade hummus. To keep your parchment in place use binder clips.
