I'm 51 I bought my first Lambretta at 18 in 1988 it was a starstream Jseries 125...I was hooked...I had my mod girlfriend on the back and we would scooter from sacramento to sanfrancisco on the weekends to hang out with the SF scooter boys and Gals...i quickly went on to li150 and jett 200...currently series 2 li150 I have owned 7 lambrettas and as many vespa in my life and I wouldn't trade any time I have spent scootering for anything else...nothing like opening up a lambretta, run thru her gears and pas the country side away the sound and feel is not like anything else, vespa doesn't even ride the same...long live Lambretta Scootering!!! cheers Steve! have a blessed day yea? Marcel
I love my Lammy. To me it’s the ultimate boys toy. Even with my limited mechanical skills I can lock myself away in the garage and tinker away to my hearts content. There’s also no better feeling than the achievement of arriving at a rally, parking up and supping an ice cold beer. Love it.
Nice relaxed video today steve , my casa gp has been sitting in the shed for months because of lockdown and this morning i decided to get it out for a good clean , shocked to see my hydrolic brake res has leaked all down the legshields and left a nasty line down the front of melted paint , gutted mate , it now needs a respray which i could do without just as we are coming out of lockdown and have rallys and ride outs planned , it seems the washers have failed causing them to drip leak brake fluid over the past 6 months un-noticed because its not been used . I still love it tho 👍✊😜
