During the level THE GARDEN, near the end of the game, you'll come to a section where a large female bear attacks you. Shoot it in order to show its weak spots, and eventually she will run off. As soon as she starts to run away, follow her! After the bear runs down, she will sit down at the bottom of a large rock, and a group of watchmen will come down to attack her.
Go offensive and kill these watchmen before they are able to finish off the bear to gain this achievement/trophy.
