Quite a long level, and easily the hardest out of all stealth related achievements, you will be required to complete the level within killing or raising an alarm. If you are spotted at any point, "Load Last Checkpoint" and try again.
Explaining the path through the level via text would be extremely confusing, so instead I recommend watching this video.

If you're playing this on Survivor. Some of these strategy won't work, so you're going to have to improvise.
hey guys for those who cannot obtain this cheevo I have a solution.. I have the same problem too and the achievement deactivates when you open the door in the second area (it is 1:55 in Maka's video).. the solution is: do NOT open the door before the white light above it shuts down.. this happens when you wait a while and one of the soldiers will shut it down so you can pass without spotted.. when you enter the door before this happens, you are automaticaly spotted and raised an alarm even you are behind the door.. if there is no fight music playing you are safe and the achievement will unlock by the end.. i have done this map already twice in row wihtout killing and raising alarm, still no achi
i think mines broken i go through the entire level 5 times now with absolute no alarms or killing not a single gard even noticed me. But i don't get the acheivment at the end? i'm confused
This part is so clutch. I keep getting noticed at the fire (they know I'm there, but not exactly where) and somehow killed everyone with a knife that was running around looking. What a level

When I get to the part at 3:19, it doesn't matter how many times I try, I'm seen. This game has done my fucking nut from start to finish. I wish I'd never started it!

I knocked out a few people on this level and i got the achievement ( the guy by the piano and the others in this room area and one soldier near the end of the level ( I'm aiming for the Musician Achievement ) You can knock out enemies
If you find yourself stuck in some parts just knock some of them out,thats what i did for these stealth achievements,you can knock all of them but dont kill
Played the accordion in the locker 3:46 and knocked out the last guard at the exit, still got it.

I cant even turn the lights off at 0:43 without the guards saying "what was that?" And instantly start shooting at me
Bit late to say this but maybe you should’ve mentioned you were playing it on the easiest difficulty at the start of the video as opposed to waiting until just over half way. Most of these ‘strategies’ don’t work for anyone who is playing on Survival. Just some advice so people don’t waste their time.
For the record though my gf is playing on Spartan and this did work for her.
I knocked out every single person and got the achievement. Just need patience. You don't need to stealth speed run it and miss safes, moral points, loot, etc.
This guide doesn't work on Survival mode even on Normal difficulty setting. Tried it four times. No joy. Will try it on Spartan mode.
At the last part, I just waited in the shadow left of the door for the heavy duty guys to walk by. Then I knocked the very last one out before he could say Jack Robinson. Proceeded and got the throphy.

At 3:25 I keep getting caught for the past HOUR in normal WTF

Instead of hugging the left side of the wall, you can also just wait until the 2 guys talking about good, 1 of them walks away then knock the other one out who has his back turned to you. Hug the right side off the wall and just move along the wall, climb the ladder and move over the "bridge" to the other side of the level. (Also kill the lamp standing on the bridge. On the other side jump on the weapon box that is lying on another crate to reduce the noise you make.
From there you can just follow maka again.
At 1:30 you also get caught alot. What you wanna do is wait about 5 more seconds until one of the guards turned off the lights. Hes going to look towards you after he did it but isnt going to notice you as its dark. Hope these 2 tips help someone trying to do those in 2019 ;))

Do this on Spartan. On Survivor (unlike Metro 2033) soldiers in this game are a bit more clever when it comes to hearing sounds or movements.
This tutorial didn't work for me at all. If you follow this, you will probably try to do it in 3 or more hours and still don't complete it. I did the following (from different video): Knock down 3 first guys. At 1:20 shoot these 2 lights/lamps on the ceiling with silenced pistol, wait a bit and go (if you open the door, nobody shoot you but you still hear the music starts playing (action)..restart from last checkpoint). The part at the 3:25 did never worked for me..tried 20 times..one guy every time sees me. Instead go right (wait a bit (when 2 guys talking) and knock this 1 guy down). And part at the 3:40 also never worked..knock all 3 guys down starting at 3:35 (one is inside the room on the left..also shoot 2 lamps on the ceiling..wait a bit and go)..Also knock down the last guy at 4:40.

I think they made some adjustments cause at 3:28 I get caught (over and over again, even in the shadow) but I solved it. I had to knock some out :)

Fucking A first I ran into random enemy patterns that didn't fit the video and then I didn't get the achievement despite not setting off an alarm or killing. Guess knock outs ARE taboo.
You can knock people out as I knocked out 4 people in this level,something must have went wrong for you i.e a guard noticed a knocked out soldier or something
This was actually really easy. The AI is on par with the AI in the Wolfenstein games........

You can knock them out. As long as you press X or Square on PS4 it's a punch in the face. Pressing RS or R3 and it's a kill. The achievement clearly states you can NOT kill someone or raise an alarm in any way.
