Tory mp Jeremy hunt was on before her on the today program last year at 8.30 am. And she said initially said I would have a nice day. Not realising the mic was on said I would call him an effing bustard. Which you cant say on air at tgat hour of the morning in the uk And she profusely apologised last night on the graham Norton show. Last night. She is very embarrassed. People are getting tired of her shtick.

Speaking of innocent seeming old ladies..... My Grandmother and her sister shared a house that I would stay at sometimes over summer holidays, Maud was very old and had outlived a few husbands. One day she sat down and proceeded to give me some veeeery detailed stories of her youth which made me feel much better about myself because I was no longer the "Morally Bent" member of the family. I can talk about it now because all who knew her are now dead, well the ones that mattered anyway, but in her youth she went to London and thoroughly slutted her way about the partying crowd there in the 1920's, after she died she left me some money which allowed me to buy the only new car I've ever had. Of course my family couldn't figure out why she would have left me a bad smell let alone that much cash..... Maybe it's because I kept my trap shut.

Miriam was a very naughty young lady and now she's a very naughty old lady. The naughtiness abides. When she was at Newnham College Cambridge she became possibly the first person to use the F word on British TV. You would have thought they would have had the presence of mind to record the thing rather than going out live. They didn't, though.
I met Matthew. Not sure it he was always a prick, he was a colossal prick to me. I was serving in a restaurant and he ordered through his friends. It was incredibly awkward for them and the one dude apologised to me later in the evening saying that Matthew was going through a rough time. So I dont know what was true…but my one and only interaction with the man was less than pleasant.
I suspect most if not all her anecdotes are either pure invention or at least heavily exaggerated. But she's so outrageously funny and entertaining I'll give her a pass on that.
