When Kara revealed herself as the Shroud, I 100% expected Chilled to drop an "Oh, that's cool. So we're eliminating the only Shroud in town.", for both the villainous & the comedic effect.
I mean at that point it doesn't really matter when either(Mafia, Coven, Apocalyps)

It will be funny if Chilled accidentally said "A Shroud attacked you, but a Trap protected you!

Wow Berserker + Soul Collector was downright lethal! I suppose they had the luck to not hit anyone with defense/could retaliate, but still.
Berserker has powerful attack.
Defense means very little to em.
Yeah, it is almost unfair for the town. There's no way you get both at one round unless coven works with the town and that is hardly ever happening
@@VagueCastle649 pretty sure most Town Protect roles can stop the attack, meaning if the Berseker does not get it's first kill it must wait till n4 for it's first kill

I'll just say, having 3 apocalypse roles in All/Any is pretty lucky for that team as usually I wanna say only 2 appear, if any. (because no one expects 1 of them, let alone 3 of the 4 when it isn't the game mode that features them)
So when I watched this on stream, I knew it was over from the start (unless every apocalypse role messed up, considering Baker is the next best one, although Death is usually the most OP cause if you can get it activated, there is more people to try and guess who Death is than with Baker going Famine, considering if you have 2 Coven with bread for example... that is a big advantage for team Coven)
Good game though from keeping you from being thrown out at the end hahaha
I mean, the biggest help the Apocalypse got that game was the Doomsayer & the Pirate being offed N1.
@@uberlord983 Yeah, but with the Berserker being in the game, Berserker killing and Soul Collector following that kill (so that the role can collect 2 souls instead of 1 passive soul a night) is such a big advantage in itself being why even if Berserker may seem not as good as the other 2 I mentioned...
It does have a place in, even though it is the "killer role" for the Apocalypse team, filling in support for Death to bring the game to a close *much* faster. (as if Chilled was by himself as Death, he'd have to guess "luckily" or it would take until Day 7 if he guessed wrong every single time with no Berserker aiding him)
Doomsayer and Pirate may have helped getting off the board, but if solo Soul Collector, those roles do have their advantages being in game too.
I still wanna say once Larry understood what to do, Chilled and Larry's combo is a *really* strong combo in itself (before Larry causes a rampage and then Chilled would need to stop following Larry), and it's why the Apocalypse game mode only consists of all 4 Apocalypse roles and the rest of the players are Town (no Coven) because having 2 Apocalypse with Coven killing, and no one knowing yet, is already a really scary surprise (similar to how vampires were in ToS1, if they converted silently without being caught back then, it would really make Town and Mafia back then have the tables turned on them quick)
@@Dizzy-Luc SC (Soul Collector) is astral meaning that they won't die to rampages, die to vet, be seen by lookout, or die to trap/bg/crus (usually astral roles aren't attacking but I think there's a few).
Also, I know it's your opinion but really baker is not that good. For Baker to transform, they need 3 bread on 3 people. That means by N4 if you don't get rb'ed, all three of those people need to be alive, which is highly unlikely.
Let's say, there are 3 coven, 1 nk (which is sk) and 1 ne (executioner which we'll let lose) and you have a pb and an sc on your team plus a deputy and a prosecutor + other townies is also there.
N1/D2; you give bread to Person A, pb infects and luckily a person left n1 so your soul collector grabs 2 souls. The coven killed Person B, and the serial killer killed Coven A. There are now 12 people remaining, and luckily your person you gave bread to survives. The TI's post, and the seer found a coven and a townie enemies. The townie being the deputy, shoots the coven. Now, commences the VFA. The psychic asks 3 (your sc), 10, and 5 for roles, 5 claims tpow, 3 claims tp and 10 was tk. Now VFA starts. 1 claims ts, move on. 2 didn't claim in time and gets voted. They say "why me" claim tp (which they are). People ask "why not cc tp?" "lmao he said 'why me?' guilty" and he gets guiltied. People report him for throwing, and now your SC get sus on a little bit. After the day ends, only ten people remain.
N2/D3; you give bread to Coven B, Pb Infects Person C and transforms into pestilence, sc tries but no luck, the coven attacked the sc but their defense was too high. The serial killer attacked Person D. 9 people remain. One of the coven, was 10. 10 said "I'm vigi I shot 3 his defense was too high". 3 says "obvious exe". People ask 3 for their will but it was too late. The prosecutor (5) prosecutes 3 and he gets lynched. People who play more often throw shade onto 10, because no coven kills and they lynched. 8 people remain.
N3/D4; Pestilence now attacks Person D, you give bread to coven C. Coven Attacks person A, but the Sk also killed 'em meaning Coven C and Person A dies, the exe who lost, now you only have bread on one person. 5 people remain. The deputy died, but the prosecutor was still alive, along with the "psychic" and "tk". Pestilence managed to convince the prosecutor to pros the tk which was coven. 4 people remain.
N4; pestilence attacks the prosecutor, and the serial killer also attacks the prosecutor meaning pest killed them both. You die of starvation. YOU WIN!... but did you really contribute much? now. reverse back a bit
N3/D4 (v.2); Pestilence now attacks Person D, you give bread to coven C. Coven Attacks person A, but the Sk also killed 'em meaning Coven C and Person A dies, the exe who lost, now you only have bread on one person. 5 people remain. The deputy died, but the prosecutor was still alive, along with the "psychic" and "tk". Pestilence couldn't manage to convince the prosecutor, and the pest dies. 4 people remain.
N4; you have already lost, you will die of starvation, sk and coven attacks pros, and 1 person left - the sk. you lost... let's see what would've happened if you actually got the famine off n3 (very unlikely)
N3/D4: Pestilence now attacks Person D, you give bread to coven C. Coven Attacks person A, and the sk killed Coven B, directly, now you only have bread on three people. 5 people remain. You transformed into Famine, horseman of the apocalypse! The deputy died, but the prosecutor was still alive, along with the "psychic" and "tp" and the pest and you. You guys convince the pros to kill the "tp" claim, who was coven.
N4/D5; Pest kills the Prosecutor, you starve the sk, and the sk attacks you, but your defense was too high. You guys lynch the sk and YOU WON!, killing 0 people and merely becoming a vote...
You might be asking "How did pest transform D3?", pb is very fast to transform, bc let's say you infect person A, whoever person A visits or gets visited by gets the plague, now you infect person B, but since Person A already had plague, Person C was visited by A, and Person D visited Person A. Anyone who visits or gets visited by will get the plague, so 4 outlets, and remember, only ten people remained, but since you and your teammates don't count, it's only 7 people + 4 already infected = 3 more infects which is likely to have visited those 4 or you.
Baker is however very good in 4 horsemen, bc not a lot of killing roles, though you probably already won b4 you had a big use.
@@thecat5215 Note: I said Baker is the next best role, behind Death for Apocalypse roles. I didn't say it was "good" though.
Baker/Famine has the power to change entire outcomes of the game. (there could be one Coven left, and next thing you know, two Town and the one Coven get bread, with the Famine being player four, the Famine has the chance of convincing the two Townies that they aren't Famine as Coven knows they are definitely not Coven, but otherwise it definitely is more in favor of the Coven winning) A video that I know Chilled will put up from this past ToS2 play session, because of how much of a comeback he had will show what it's like to have a Town, a Coven, a Neutral and a Famine left in the game, it was really against Chilled due to how 50/50 it was. (and about 5+ people died in one night due to how "powerful" Famine is, and why I say it's a role that definitely is powerful) But it will also show that while powerful, by itself it is *a lot* harder too. (the play session actually had 2 Famine conditions met, with only 2 people alive due to hanging someone with Bread already, but Famine didn't win "technically" because they knew who Famine was already, they just wanted to see if it had a similar kill screen as Death, but that one won't go up probably on here cause Chilled died a bit early game still on that one... although it was a rather hilarious way to die, that might make the cut lol)
Soul Collector/Death though still is the one role that can be pretty OP though. It not only has a timer for players in the game, but also like Arsonist, it punishes passive playing, even more so than Arsonist since once the announcement is made, if 10+ players are left due to no kills from hanging and at night? 1 out of those 10+ players is Death and it ends the game at the end of that day if chosen wrong. It's a bit harder to play if Town and Coven are kill happy though, but still definitely the best Apocalypse role.
Pest/War I don't mention because they just become killers that *can* kill 2+ people, but they aren't as "game ending" as the other 2... but Berserker always able to kill definitely helps speed up Death if in play (and still getting used to rules, haven't seen too many Death games, but didn't realize SC was Astral on visits) and War by itself is pretty much a done game for them, at least Pestilence has a better chance of winning due to playing the passive game at start, and kill at the end of the game.
@@Dizzy-Luc As you mentioned berserker is good because it can help death speed up; which is priority. But baker isn't "game ending". Baker is way too slow to be game ending, unless you're in 4 horsemen, with very passive townies (hence why it's good in 4 horsemen). There is a very little chance of you getting famine by night 3 in All Any, unless there's like no coven, and the nk is arsonist. Even the achievement "Swift Famine" is getting Famine by night *_4_* (not night 3 because of how hard it is to get Famine by night 3. Even if you do get famine by n3 it's going to kill like 1-3 people if they hang someone with bread). Town of Salem 2 needs speed, and baker provides none of that. If you aren't fast, then yes, the Famine will catch you off guard. I've seen much more baker wins, when baker has other NAs, and barely did anything (I'm not saying usually baker has no other NA's, I'm saying I've seen them only win when contributing merely a vote). Baker usually dies of starvation because of how hard it is. I didn't watch the play session, but I'm assuming it was very passive town? I've never seen a normal All Any Famine game without getting hung after becoming a Famine or never turning into Famine, or death/war/pest contributing more.
I never indicated SC was not OP, if that's what you were thinking, it's definitely the most OP NA. Although it is technically "slow" it is an instant win, maybe with another NA even better. It still, most of the time, is faster than baker and is top priority, which pushes any non-NAs to work together. It's good for the sc to buss the baker (or pb if they have bers).
Berserker, is a very underrated role, because of how it acts like a juggernaut. If you get rb'ed n2, silent jugg gameplay in ToS 1 (most of the time this won't happen). But this is different. Most of the time, berserker doesn't get roleblocked n2 (you should always claim d2 so jailor doesn't jail you). After killing you can now kill on n3, then after that, you gain rampage and act like a worse serial killer, then, you transform into War, unstoppable attack and invincible defense, and can demolish tp chains (what pest cannot do). But, not only can it kill off major enemies to the sc, it makes them gain death very fast (usually D4, bc in non-premade lobbies there is a 60% chance of a leaver). Death is TOP Priority. But, even if you don't have sc/death, it's still okay. Why? you go for majority. A high chance of atleast 2 NAs being here, even if only you are there, that's fine. by D5, you killed 3 people, and there's barely any left. Even if you lost, atleast you contributed something, and only lost by a 50/50 by the town people, having no chance of winning. (4 or 3 people left, 1 war, 1 cov, 2 or 1 town), but you could win since people usually favor apoc over coven. If you have let's say a pb, they transform 1 night before you, killing a person. now it's a 2v2 or 2v3. Even if pest or you gets hanged, you still have a 65% chance of winning. If it's a 2v2, you already won unless there's a retri that knighted themselves, hangs war or pest, and a trickster from the graveyard to trick the NA into attacking the graveyard(I'm 95% sure that works), or you get hex bombed. Although Famine itself, with a lot of town, seems better than War, Baker/Famine is 1000000000x worse than Bers/War.
Pestilence on paper seems much worse than War, but it's much faster. I've seen D3 and D4 transformations, it will also attack the tavern/pois/pirate/jailor who rb'ed him where as War is not rb immune. PB also demolishes spies to the ground; spys have perma bugs that is removed if triggered by a set of different things. A plagued person is one of them, so everyone they target just says plagued with a pb said anything. Helping not confirming townies, if enchanted, dreamweaved, or voodoo'd, and help take off suspicious on coven when they get illusioned. if berserker is not in the game, sc can follow pest, when they usually get 2, 3 or 4 souls by D3, or 4 souls by D4, helping them to get Death by D5 or D4. Though the role that actually helps sc the most is shroud if they keep shrouding the sc (when you shroud someone, you attack who they visit. So soul collector just visits someone, shroud kills 'em and they now have 2), but they'll likely trail off to the seer.
The differences between pest/war and famine is: both pest and war are assisting tools to the top priority, pest can crush spies, war can crush tp chains, Baker has a low chance of getting Famine by n3, n4, and n5. Famine punishes passive play, whereas Pest/War don't, but the MAIN reason War/Pest are better than is because of speed. Speed determines whether or not you can have a chance, sc can transform by d4,d5 and win very easily, baker games 95% of the time has the baker/famine not killing anyone.

The apoplectic roles are the protagonist of this town if all of them show up I can’t see how town wins.

Betserker + SC combo is definitely a really good combo in any Tos 2 game. Famine is there to also worry, but to bad it didnt go off, pestilence wouldve helped more, but that was great.

Having neutral killers and 2 different evil faction plus towns people was so much fun alot of chaos I hope yall do that more often that was funny.
That's what happens in all any. I once had an all any back in og Tos, there were
just 2 mafias, no neutral killing but survivors, amnesiac, and 2 jesters.
Then the game ends in the second round since one mafia was killed by the town killing,
and we hung another one, and when it's over we were so confused😅

You should do a game where it's all bad killing roles like. 4 horseman, 4 coven, 4 mafia, a vampire, a werewolf, and a pirate. That would be an amazing 15 person lobby all out war plus you can make it a race to see if you can turn all the players into werewolves, and vampires to overthrow the coven horseman and mafia and see which faction is the strongest in the end
There aren't any mafia and I don't think you can turn people into werewolves.

Soul Collector > Death is one of the only roles that will insta-kill (I believe Hex Master is the other once they have everyone hexed)
Exactly my thought. I know they weren't used to playing with the Apocalypse, but when they tried focusing War I was like, "WHY IS NOBODY FREAKING OUT ABOUT DEATH RN?!?!"
The best part is, they were mistakenly thinking Chilled was War, and if they did vote him out they would've maybe had a chance to win 😅

A 17 minute Chilled video? That's so unheard of. Welp, at least I get to watch a full video and not just fall asleep to it
honestly, Any/All games in this format of ToS are the craziest things ever... anywhere between 1 and 3 Apocalypses on a ticking time bomb with Town not knowing how many of them there are left and getting mowed down left right center since most of them don't have defense, the coven and neutrals desperately trying to hold everything together since there's just enough of them to potentially outvote the Apocalypses.

That game was so cursed. 4 coven, 3 apocalypse, 3 neutral evil, and a neutral killing. Those 4 townies were doomed from the start.
It was actually nice of the baker not to just give the other two bread, otherwise that game would have ended turn 4
Baker tried to give bread, but it has to be 3 living people with bread, dead bread doesn't count.

Loving the new town of salem content, Idk how they haven't added voice chat to the game so teams can just speak during night and while dead etc. I think that would make it so much more fun. That and add some minigames for abilities and stuff.
Unless they changed things, Spy can listen in on Mafia/Coven convos at night.
And being to scroll through message logs as opposed to audio recordings is so much easier.
@@uberlord983 I think it adds a level of complexity to spy that makes it more fun. You can copy and paste logs then and you have to take someone's word on it. You'd just make it so the spy couldn't take and only listen.

The baker feels like such a weak role... unless there's at least a second apocalypse. Sure, it kills everything if enough bread is given, but that doesn't instantly win the game like for death. And by that point, everyone probably already knows who you are.
