EASY CREAMY CRAB CROQUETTE RECIPE

Hi guys! Today we made creamy crab croquette, it's so creamy and delicious :) Please try it out!

250gr crab stick
3 tbsp butter (45gr)
3 tbsp plain flour
Half an onion
250ml cream
200ml milk
Garlic powder, pepper, salt (To taste)

Do you have to cooldown after you out it in a fan before you cover it with clingwrap? Or you do that straight then to ref or freezer? How long
