Ground pork
Asian pork ham
Dried squid
Dried shrimp
8 liters of water for broth base (reduce to 3/4)
Fish sauce
Chicken flavor mix
White pepper
Sugar
Salt
2 cup of rice (soak)
1/2 cup of chopped garlic
3 Tbsp of oil
Topping and Condiments
Bean sprouts
Saw tooth herb (culantro)
Cilantro
Green onion
Black pepper
Salt soybeans or sweet
Ground chilies sauce
Limes

Hi there ! There is no exact amount of bone as long it’s look good but I mostly put two pack couple pounds.

Green mustard about 1 pound
2 Tbsp of rock salt
2 Tbsp un-cook rice
2 Tbsp of sugar
1.5L of water about 7 cups
Completely wash green mustard
Pat dry and leave under the sun for 1 hour or until wilted

After it sour please put it in the refrigerator to reduce the sourness.
