I am studying english. I usually watch these videos on my phone. English text under the video is too small so i hard to read. so i hope that english text will be bigger than now. and I wish the subtitles were placed a little higher. videoes are very helpful for me. also It's very interesting because it deals with a topic that interests me. Actually, do you want feel tired do its it's these likes : talking with another's people toxics also don't sleeping well because body don't take enough breaks and rest , if you want change to feel tired for day ,you should limiting screen time before bed can help you sleep better and to drink water enough to keep your body healthy ❤
