That's a beautiful 64 Impala. Nice work on the airride installation 👍 I'm currently restoring a 58 Impala and I'll definitely be putting it on air Techs air ride system.
Liked the whole video! I think it's one of the more detailed in the way of actually doin an install. I'm in the mid-west and not sure where shops like this are around here but wish I did!
Great work on the 64 Impala. I just Love this setup you guys did. I own a 70 Impala over here in California. And, I would like to bag my 70 just like the same way you guys did the 64 Impala. Using the same tank setup. I’m old school with hydro’s. But I’m tired of charging battery’s and hydro leaking.👍🏽
Ain’t nothing like hydraulics. But the air ride suspensions pretty sweet. I just wish they could get that 64 to lay Frame like mine with switches laying frame is the way to go. Great build guys and that Monte Carlo getting up.
The 1964 Impala came with air bag suspension from the factory, however due to a defect in the bags ALL were removed and replaced with shocks and springs. The left inner fender should have the original holes for the compressor mount.
Have you tried calling us ? 800-928-1984 it’s made by Ridetech but I don’t think they sell it separate from the kit but we may be able to make it happen 👍🏼
I have a 1999 Town Car Signature, but it only has OEM air (rear) but my son gets horribly car sick due to bumpy ride and leaning....I need to upgrade my suspension system on a extreme budget..I was thinking I could do Police front/rear handling package, poly bushings, and a proper air setup.. But...I gotta get mostly used or cheap stuff. never done anything other than oem air before...
Well if you're going to be running the same setup you have to get out of your car at least twice a day to bang some dudes, that's what airbag people do
Had airbags and it sucks waiting for the tank to fill 😂 hydraulics is the way to go if you want to really do it the right way. This is set up is for trucks or your grandma's buick century😂
One of my dreams to have Switch build the airide in my 52 suburban but on Veterans disability it just isn't happening maybe I'll hit the lotto one day and send my burb to them (pipedream) love your work
@@switchsuspension Appreciate that you got back to me..what would you guys charge to put a lS1 or LS3 MOTOR AND TRANSMISSION IN ON A 98 NISSAN FRONTIER,I know the cab will have to be fabricated as well
Hey guys, Is it possible to get more than 4 inches of height sensing? With mechanical leverage or something? Because I want to use the acuair height control on a 4wd.
Camhin1 you could extend the arm or build some kind of mechanical linkage but we haven’t come across a suspension that we couldn’t find a position that the sensor would work in. Maybe close to the pivot point on the suspension link bars ?
I'm Mexican from Santa Ana, and there are plenty of white homies in the hood rocking the Cali style, nothing new around here. From Long Beach to Rosecrans, Oakland to Sac-town, the Bay Area and back down ~ even the homies in Japan rocking the Cali style.
@@RNicolasRuvalcaba this style was cool for the Mexicans in 1990. Seeing a white guy do it in 2019, would be like him wearing cornrows in his hair and a black power t-shirt.

Could he not just drop the tank then drill the holes then put the tank back??
Then the airlines would be pinched by the tank

The impala doesn’t lay out as low as other set ups. Lay that thing out.
